As you might imagine, it costs time, commitment, and a fair chunk of money to keep Oxhill Village Hall running. One of the things you can do to help is to subscribe to our 100 Club, a monthly lottery that gives you the chance to win cash prizes while directly supporting the Village Hall.
The annual subscription to the 100 Club costs £60 for which subscribers are assigned a number that is entered into the monthly draw. There is no limit to the numbers each subscriber can purchase and the more numbers you have, the higher your chance of winning one (or more!) of the monthly prizes.
Monthly draw prizes
1st prize: £60
2nd prize: £30
3rd prize: £10
Winning numbers are drawn at random from those numbers eligible to enter the draw that month. Winners are contacted by email and prize monies paid out by bank transfer. A list of prizewinners will be published on this website, on the village Facebook page, and in the Oxhill News. Subscribers can opt out of publicity at any time.
The lottery is open to everyone aged 16 or over. The fee for each number is to be paid annually in advance and is not refundable unless the number has not yet been entered into any draws. Numbers are deemed to have been reserved for one year from the first draw they are entered into and they are not transferable.
How to join
Please purchase subscriptions online or use the contact us form. In both cases Sally Mannerings, our 100 Club manager, will contact you for the necessary details to complete a registration form. These details include the address and bank account details you would like any winnings to be transferred into using BACS. All registration form information and data will be stored in line with our Privacy Policy.
Please note that The Gambling Commission, under Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice Clause 6.1, prohibits the purchase of a lottery ticket using a credit card. If paying online please pay with a DEBIT card for your 100 Club purchase. If your payment is received using a credit card, it will be refunded.
Payment can also be made via BACS or by cheque. If paying via BACS, please use account name Oxhill Village Hall, sort code 40-41-26, account number 91036890, and add the reference "100 Club". If paying by cheque, please make it payable to Oxhill Village Hall. A committee member will collect it from your home at a mutually convenient time. We ask that subscribers who do not live in Oxhill post their cheques to Oxhill Village Hall, Main Street, Oxhill, Warwick, CV35 0QU. Please note that this may delay the date at which your number(s) go live so please apply early if you would like to be entered into a particular draw.
How are the lottery subscriptions managed?
The 100 Club is a Small Society Lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and is registered as such with Stratford-On-Avon District Council, Registration Number GA05 SDC 660441. As required by law, a full summary of all payments and receipts is submitted annually to Stratford-On-Avon District Council. All profits are used to fund the running of Oxhill Village Hall.
