The boring but important bits!

A successful hire starts with getting to know Oxhill Village Hall: how big the space is, where the fire exits are, how many chairs and tables we have, how to work the AV system and to access our wifi, how big the car park is and more. But before you can get the keys, you'll need to check if the hall is available for your preferred date(s), work out how many hours you'll need to hire the hall so you'll have plenty of time to set up, run your event and then clear up afterwards, and then there's the necessary paperwork and arranging payment.
