Feel better with Restorative Yoga
A restorative yoga class that brings balance and calm to the body and mind. A weekly space to soothe your nervous system and create a sense of relaxed wellbeing through gentle supported asana (posture) and opportunity for inward connection of the body, mind and soul. The class includes asana practice (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation. A restful evening and night's sleep often follows.
All abilities welcome providing you can move from the ground to standing. Yoga supports a healthy lifestyle by creating strength in the body, increases your body awareness in space and reduces stress levels.
