Small but mighty!

Oxhill Village Hall was extended and renovated in 2022-23 to provide a modern, fully equipped facility for Oxhill and the wider community. It encompasses a central hall which easily accommodates sixty seated guests, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dozens of sets of crockery and cutlery, a dedicated bar area with more glassware than any one party could ever need and a top notch audio visual system. The hire rate even includes the cost of heating.

Not from Oxhill? No problem. We do offer a discount for locals, but the cost of hiring OVH is still very affordable and we won't hold it against you if you aren't lucky enough to live in our wonderful village!

Hall & Equipment Hire Charges (from 1st September 2026)

Oxhill residents - £10.00 per hour

Non-residents - £12.00 per hour

Businesses - £15.00 per hour

It is also possible to hire equipment from the hall for use at home, e.g. tables, glasses, crockery and cutlery. We even have a giant paella pan and gas burner that you can hire for up to three days for only £30 for residents and £50 for non-residents. [Note that there is a £100 returnable deposit for the paella pan and a £10 returnable deposit for other items.]
